There is nothing wrong with an occasional treat but sometimes even the best of us go overboard. Pressing the pause button and committing to eating cleaner, is a great decision towards creating a lifetime of good health.

Cleanse and Purge?

Most re-set or detox programs usually includes a cleanse to flush your system of all the “bad stuff.” Detoxifying the system is a good idea, occasionally. Some people cleanse by drinking only water for several days. Others choose to do juice cleanses or eat only fruits and vegetables for a set period of time. The 10-day Reset focuses on whole foods and ridding the body of inflammatory foods such as processed foods, refined sugar, white flour, and sodium.

Begin your 10-day Reset with a trip to the grocery store or market. Feel free to improvise by adding your favorite beneficial fruits, vegetables and other whole foods. As much as possible choose purified water and fresh unsweetened juices. Herbal tea is always welcomed.
