Day 1 to Day 3

These first few days are about pressing pause on the inflammatory foods that would be causing digestive distress, bloating and the general unwell feeling. 

Most of day one you will be doubling up on your liquid intake and planning and grocery shopping for healthy whole foods that will make up the main part of your diet for the next few days.
